At P2L we believe every child holds the creative and intellectual potential to lead -

in their schools, their communities, and beyond. 

 
 

Through deep partnerships with schools, we deliver holistic, evidence-informed programs that nurture academic, emotional, and social growth. P2L’s three core program areas—School-Based Interventions, Youth Development, and Restorative Justice—are designed to meet students where they are, particularly in non-traditional or under-resourced settings. Our team of social workers, community school directors and teaching artists act as trusted, empathetic role models. They create safe, affirming spaces for students to process challenges, discover their strengths, set goals, and build the confidence to pursue their full potential. 

With a strengths-based, trauma-responsive approach, P2L doesn’t just serve students—we empower them to lead.
