The Leadership Program is P2L’s sister-organization. We implement TLP’s award-winning curriculum for our in-class and after school programs, and collaborate closely on staff training and professional development.


To end hunger by organizing food, information and support for community survival, empowerment, and dignity. Food Bank For New York City has been working to end food poverty in our five boroughs for over 36 years. As the city’s largest hunger-relief organization, we employ a multifaceted approach centered on helping low-income New Yorkers overcome their circumstances and achieve greater independence.

The FBNYC sponsors a food pantry at the Spring Creek Educational Campus.

Hope City Church exists to develop disciples who develop disciples to change the world.

P2L works with Hope City Church to bring services to our East New York families. They sourced over 100 free turkeys for our 2019 Family Harvest celebrations.

 

Jeter's Leaders is a leadership development program created to empower, recognize and enhance the skills of high school students who: Promote healthy lifestyles, free of alcohol and substance abuse; Achieve academically; Are committed to improving their community through social change activities; Serve as role models to younger students and to deliver positive messages to their peers.

Through the efforts of CSD Lucy Ramos, students at the Spring Creek Educational Campus were introduced to this scholarship opportunity.

 

New York State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene supports Community Schools with vision screenings and monitors our SONYC programs.

 

Warby Parker was founded with a rebellious spirit and a lofty objective: to offer designer eyewear at a revolutionary price, while leading the way for socially conscious businesses.
